Yes, NRIs need to link their PAN card with their Aadhaar card urgently if they don't want their PAN card to become invalid or deactivated. They can fill out an application form online from the e-filing portal by entering all the correct information and uploading all the essential documents. After they need to enter an OTP, you will get a notification of the successful linking of your PAN to your Aadhaar card.

If you are an NRI, then you must link your PAN with your Aadhaar card because it is mandatory by the government of India. If you fail to do so, then your PAN will be invalid, which will result in not being able to file ITR, not being able to do transactions, or getting a higher TDS deduction rate.
