To apply for a lost or damaged PAN card online, you need to visit the official website of the NSDL, enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and date of birth, then you need to read the declaration and click on the checkbox while mentioning the captcha, then click the 'submit' button. Then you will be redirected to a new page, where you have to enter your registered mobile number and email address to receive OTP, then click on the 'Validate' Button, and you have successfully applied for the reprint of your PAN card.

You should file an FIR at your nearest police station with all the supporting documents. You should mention your acknowledgement number for the application for Reprint of PAN or changes, or correction in PAN data on the envelope.
